Affiliate programs are one of the most common ways that people who run information websites make money, along with ads. Basically you tell your site visitors about one or more of our snorkeling eBook guides, and give them a link to it. If they buy one of our eBooks, we share a percentage of the sale with you, even if they buy at a later date. And it is all tracked by special links and a computer program.

You Get 30% Of Each Sale
With each sale you will receive 30% of the sale price, and there are no fees for joining. You can earn an additional 5%, for a total of 35%, if you are one of our top affiliates. That currently works out to $5.98 to $6.88 for every sale (at 30%).

For Any Sale Within Six Months
We give a six month cookie life, while most affiliate programs only give you one month or less. A cookie is a tracking code that has an expiration date. Your visitors only need to click on your link once, and if they come back to our site within six months and make a purchase you will get your percentage of the sale.

How Does It Work?
It couldn't be simpler! We've streamlined our entire affiliate process to ensure ease of use, while still maintaining accurate tracking methods. The process is as follows:

You register and get your affiliate link (takes only a few minutes).
You place the link on your website or blog.
Visitor clicks on an affiliate link on your site.
A cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
The visitor browses our site and makes a purchase.
After a purchase the order will be registered as a sale for you.
We send out payments monthly.

That's it! You send us business, we send you money!

Things To Know First
Before you register, here are some things you should know first.

While you are approved automatically, we manually review new affiliate accounts for quality and fraud prevention.
All participants must have, or will need to get, a PayPal account (in order to receive payouts).
Payments post monthly, at the end of the month, after a two month clearing period (if your account reaches the minimum $25 payout amount). This delay is to prevent fraud.
You may NOT spam about our products. Don't post links on forums or anywhere that is not your website (your newsletter is ok).

Terms & Conditions - Service Agreement
Review the terms and conditions below that you acknowledge before registering.

This Terms & Conditions Service Agreement is made between Galen Piehl Web Publishing (tropicalsnorkeling.com), and you the Affiliate using this service. You must agree to these terms and conditions to use this service. These terms and conditions can change at any time. All applicants are manually approved and can be denied for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time, with no reason needed. Each affiliate is only permitted one affiliate account. By using this service you warrant that: * You are at least 18 years of age. * You are the legal owner of your website and it's contents. * Your website and/or newsletter does not violate any laws or regulation. * Your website does not contain any Adult or Hate content. Not Allowed: *No SPAM *No Fraud *No placing of links in unsolicited e-mail. *No placing our banners or links in forums, news groups, chat rooms, message boards, banner networks, guest books, in comments on a website you don't own. *No placing of links in any way that it is misleading to any visitor. *You cannot place our links or banners on a non-english language site. If we become aware that you are not in accord with any of the above we have the right to terminate your account, with a complete forfeit of commissions. Affiliate Payment You will receive a percentage of a sale that comes from an affiliate link on your website. This is not a pay-per-click program. We have the right to change the payout percentage of that sale at any time. You can always view the payout percentage in your affiliate panel. Payments are made monthly, at the end of the month, after a two month waiting period, if your balance reaches the minimum payout (currently $25 - we can change this minimum payout amount at any time). Unpaid balances do not accrue interest. In the event of a VOID, return, or chargeback by a merchant, any paid or unpaid commission will be immediately deducted from your account balance, and future earnings. Abandoned Accounts Accounts that are not logged into for one year and have had no transactions posted to that account will be considered inactive, and will be removed from the system. Any balance under the minimum payout amount will be assesed an account closing fee for the remaining balance. Email Contact We reserve the right to email about notifications related to your account and for relevant updates to products and services that are available to you in our affiliate program. Limited Warranty This service and its results shall be performed in a workmanlike manner. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Galen Piehl Web Publishing DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY. All copyrighted and trademarked materials provided for your use shall remain the sole property of Galen Piehl Web Publishing, and no part thereof shall be deemed assigned or licensed to You except as explicitly provided for herein. You may not modify the trademarks, banners, the content or any of the images provided to You in any way. Galen Piehl Web Publishing may terminate your account if you use the marks in such a way that dilutes, tarnishes or blurs the value of their marks. Jurisdictional Issues This agreement shall be governed by Arizona, USA law.

Below you will find screen shots showing you exactly what you will see and need to do to register for the affiliate program at E-Junkie and how to manage your account. E-Junkie is the company that manages both our affiliate program, and also our eBook sales and delivery.

1. Click here to register for our Affiliate Program at E-Junkie.com. All it takes is your email and a password that you create.

2. Check your email, and enter the activation code you receive.

3. Explore your affiliate account administration page. Notice the green circled tabs that show you where to find this page on E-Junkie.com.

4. Click Edit Profile on your Affiliate Admin page, and enter the required profile settings. Your PayPal email is so that we can pay you. If you don't have a PayPal account already, create one here.

5. Now, Get Your Tracking Links. From Affiliate Admin, click "Get Affiliate Code". On the next page select G and N Web Publishing (that is us) as the merchant and click Get Affiliate Code. This is how you get the special tracking links you need to use.

You have a choice of links. If you are promoting all of our products in one place, you may choose the "Get Common Affiliate Hop Link". That link goes to our store home page. Most often you will instead want to use a link that goes to a specific product page on our website. Select what product of our's you want to promote and hit the "Get Affiliate Code" button.

6. Modify Your Links!!! - Uber Important - The E-Junkie affiliate program is very simple, which is good, but it puts in some kind of stupid text that is not good. You will need to make some simple changes before posting your links.

Below is an example of a Common Affiliate Hop Link Code. It is all one long line with no spaces. Notice the part in red? That is the actual link. It has your affiliate ID and our code in it. Never change that. Notice the part in green. That is what you want to change. Obviously you don't want a link on your site saying "click here to visit G and N Web Publishing". It won't mean anything to your site visitors. Instead have it say whatever fits in with the text on your page, maybe something like: "Click here to see some great Snorkeling Guide eBooks".

Below is an example of a Product Specific Affiliate Link Code. Again, notice the link in red. That is the actual link, and you should never change it. It has your affiliate ID, our number and the specific product number in it. Now, notice the boring text in green. You will want to change that. For example, it might read: "Click here to see the Maui Snorkeling Guide eBook".

When you change the text in your link just make sure you don't accidentally change anything else around it and don't put in any spaces.

7. Place Your Modified Links On Your Website. Just copy and paste the links on your site where you want them. That's it.

8. Check Your Earnings. The system will email you when you have a sale. You can also run a sales report by logging in at E-Junkie (there is a Login Button at the upper right of this website page). Once on E-Junkie, enter your login email address and password.

Then from your Affiliate Admin page select "View/Download Earning Report", and then on the next page select "View Sales (Pop-Up)", and a customizable report will pop up.

Tips For Making More Sales
It has been proven that affiliates make many more sales if they don't try hard to sell. Let me explain. Don't write a sales page about our products trying to convince your readers to buy our products. Our sales pages are for that and your visitors understand we are trying to sell something. But if you do it it won't feel genuine. Instead just give a quick review or suggestion about our products in an honest way, like you would for any friend. A quick suggestion placed on a relevant page that is already about the topic of interest will do very well.

Text Links? No Banners or Graphics?
We used to use a very sophisticated affiliate software program that allowed us to provide tons of different banners and graphics. And do you know what we discovered? Affiliates who used banners had nearly zero sales, while affiliates who used text links had regular sales. As mentioned above, a simple text link on a relevant page, as part of your content, will work far better than any banner or graphic advertisement.

If you are determined to use a banner, we have provided basic ones below. To use them simply replace the "XXXXXX" with your affiliate ID and post it to your site. You can find your affiliate ID on your Affiliate Admin page when you are logged in at E-Junkie (see below).
